WebAll effects that create flares or rays are disabled. Through launcher, through the Fallout .inis, and through the ENB settings I'm also good at googling and have not found one person with this problem! It was worth trying on this sub. Oh well It was worth a shot. I'll reinstall. It's not game changing, but irritating. Thanks again!
