Web14 Jan 2024 · Terrains/Types of soil. There are 4 different types of soil to plant crops in Harvest Moon: Light of Hope. The terrains are Grassy, Patchy, Swampy, and Dry. Grassy land is a type of soil located on the farm of your house. Patchy is a less fertile soil type, a mixture of grass and dirt. This terrain is located in the lower area of the mountain.
